Cushwman Wakefield

We are based at Cushwman Wakefield in the Tirupati Chs building. The address is B-501, Sec1E, Plot No:32. It is right behind Sudhagad College in Kalamboli. This is out in the Panvel taluka of Raigad district, which is part of Navi Mumbai. It is quite a long way out from the main city areas. Being near the college means there are always students around and plenty of local snack shops nearby. Our office is on the fifth floor, in room B-501. It is a housing society, so it is mostly families living in the flats around us. We try to keep things quiet so we do not bother anyone. The view from our window is mostly other buildings and the hills in the distance. Kalamboli is a growing place, but it still feels a bit dusty and industrial in some parts. We have a basic setup inside with a few computers and some old cupboards for our files. We do not have a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. It is a very straightforward way of working. The address is 410218 if you are looking it up on a map. Behind Sudhagad College, there is always a bit of a buzz. We can hear the students laughing when they leave their classes in the afternoon. It works for what we need.
