Laxmi Industrial Estate

You can find Laxmi Industrial Estate right on the Link Road in Andheri West. We are situated very close to the RTO office, which is a place everyone knows. Our estate has been here for years, and it’s a hub of activity every single day. There are many different units here doing all sorts of work. We manage the day-to-day operations and make sure everything is running okay for the people who have their businesses here. The Link Road traffic is always a thing, but it brings a lot of people by our gates. It’s a practical place, built for work, not for looking pretty. We spend our time dealing with maintenance, talking to the unit owners, and handling the gate. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the area. We have seen Andheri West change from a quieter spot to this massive busy district. Being near the RTO means there are always cars and people moving around outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There’s no fancy mission statement here. We just provide the space and keep the place going. People know where we are, and they know what to expect when they come inside. It is just an industrial estate doing what it’s supposed to do for the local economy.
