Klass Estate Consultants

We’re based over at Val-E-Ram Building No.5 on Juges Bunglow Road. It’s in Malad West, right near Ushma Nagar. The office is on the second floor. Klass Estate Consultants is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just the people you talk to about property in this neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a local area with lots of families and small businesses nearby. We spend our time looking at flats and talking to landlords. It’s a lot of back and forth most days. Some days we are out showing houses, other days we are stuck at the desk doing the registration forms or answering the phone. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just know the streets around Juges Bunglow Road really well. If a new place comes up for rent, we usually hear about it pretty quick. People come to us because we are right here in the mix. It isn't a fancy office with leather chairs and big screens. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. We try to be clear about what’s possible and what isn’t with the current prices. Malad West is always changing, so there’s always something to do. We like the rhythm of it. If you’re walking past Ushma Nagar, you’re not far from where we work. We just keep things simple.
