Our office for Knight Frank Pvt Ltd. is in Mazgaon. Specifically, we are at 501, Wing A of the Sarkar Residency. This is on Dr. Mascarenhas Road, right opposite the Bank of India. It’s a solid location in a part of Mumbai that has a lot of history. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. We’ve got a decent setup here. It’s an office that feels like an office—desks, chairs, some old files, and a lot of activity. We aren't the type to have a minimalist, modern space. It looks lived-in because we actually spend a lot of time here. Mazgaon is a bit different from the newer parts of Mumbai, and we like that. The Bank of India across the road is our main landmark when we tell people how to find us. Usually, there’s a lot of traffic on Dr. Mascarenhas Road, so we hear the honking all day long. We just get on with our tasks. There’s no big manual on how we act, we just try to be helpful and get the paperwork sorted. It’s a straightforward place with people who have been around the block a few times. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work out of Wing A and try to finish our day's work. It's a simple operation and we like keeping it that way.
