Our real estate office is at 2/361 in the Nishar Building. We are located in Matunga East, near Budhwar Peth in Pune, right by the Amar Petrol Pump. It’s a busy spot with cars constantly pulling in and out next door all day long. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just stop by without having to climb any stairs. We have a few desks and some old files with listings of houses and shops. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many folders and papers piled up on every surface. We spend most of our time on the phone or out meeting people at different properties around Pune city. We’ve been working out of this building for a long time, so we know the local streets and the people living here very well. We don't have a big flashy sign or a fancy reception area with a sofa. Usually, there's just one of us sitting there with a cup of tea, waiting for the next person to walk in with a question. Dealing with property can be stressful for people, so we just try to keep things calm and straightforward. We don't use big words or try to act like a corporate firm. We are just local consultants who understand the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but we just wipe it down and keep going. It’s a modest place where we do our daily business.
