Our place, Padarsh Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., is over at Plot No. 59 C in the Maker Arcade. It’s a decent spot and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The office isn't huge but it fits what we do perfectly. We spend the day dealing with pharmaceutical batches and keeping track of what’s coming in and going out. It can get a bit hectic when multiple shipments arrive at once, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We have a few people working here who have been with us for years, so they know exactly where everything is kept. Maker Arcade is a familiar landmark for most people in the area. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they've worked with us before. The morning routine is always the same, checking the logs and making sure the storage is right. Sometimes we have meetings that go longer than expected, but usually, it's just quiet work. We keep things moving and try to stay organized. It's a practical way to run a business. We just focus on the products and making sure the records are straight. Nothing too complicated, just a normal office routine every day to keep the business running.
