Cricket Gurukul

Cricket Gurukul is based over in Borivali West. You can find us at B/103 in the Rolex Shopping Centre, right off SV Road and Station Road. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, especially with the station so close by. We’ve been around here for a while, and most of the local kids know where we are. We aren't some high-tech sports academy with a bunch of fancy gadgets. It’s more about the basics of the game and getting out there to play. Our office in the shopping center is where we handle the registrations and talk to parents. Most of the real action happens on the grounds nearby. Borivali has a lot of passion for cricket, and we just try to be a part of that. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just want people to learn the game and have a go at it. The staff here are just regular people who love the sport. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, but we just wait it out. It’s a simple setup and we like to keep it that way. If you’re ever near the station, you’ll probably see us or someone wearing one of our shirts. It’s a local thing and we’re proud to be here. We keep our bats and balls ready and hope the kids show up on time for practice. It's a lot of running around.
