Crescent Arts

Crescent Arts is located at 9/11 Sayed Mukri Str in the Katha Bazar area. It is a very lively part of the market, and there is almost never a quiet moment. We are surrounded by other traders and small shops, so there is a lot of loading and unloading going on in the street all day long. Our space is actually quite small, but we pack a lot into it. There are piles of materials and finished pieces everywhere you look. It can be a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside the shop at once. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy to show off. Most people find us just by knowing the street number or asking around the bazaar. The air smells like spice and dust and whatever is being sold next door. We spend our days working with our hands and making sure everything looks right before it goes out. It is a messy process sometimes, with scraps on the floor and tools scattered all over the benches. We do not really mind the clutter, though. It feels like a real workshop should feel. The lighting is not always the best, so we use a few extra lamps to see what we are doing. We have been at this for a while and have a steady rhythm. It is just us doing what we know how to do.
