Creative Printers Advertisers

Our shop is on the second floor of the Rag building in Kandivali West. It is Shop No 138, but it is easier to just look for the noise of the printers running. We share the space with a lot of other small businesses, so there is always people moving through the hallways. Printing is a messy job, so you will usually see some ink on my hands or scraps of paper all over the floor by the end of the day. We do all sorts of things, from simple business cards to bigger posters and flyers for local shops. It is not a high-end design studio; it is a workshop where we actually make the stuff. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals and paper dust, which is something you just get used to after a while. I have got some old machines that still run better than the new ones, though we have a few digital printers too. People come up the stairs with their files on a thumb drive, and we talk through what they want while the machines hum in the background. It can get pretty hot in here during the summer, so the fan is always on full blast. We do not really do much in the way of advertising ourselves; the work we do for the people in Kandivali usually brings in the next job. It is just honest work, getting the ink onto the paper exactly where it is supposed to go.
