Craftworld Events

Our space is in the Samarpan Building, specifically room 604, right in the Chakala area. Craftworld Events has been operating from here for quite some time now. If you know Chakala, you know the traffic and the hustle that never really stops. We’ve become part of that rhythm. Our office is often cluttered with event props, samples of fabric, and stacks of floor plans. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people to make sure an event actually happens. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure the right trucks arrive at the right time. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re more likely to be found in jeans and sneakers, ready to go to a venue and start moving things around. There have been plenty of late nights in this building where we’re still working while everyone else has gone home. We just care about getting the job done without a lot of fuss. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words; we just want the stages to be sturdy and the lights to work. Being in the Samarpan Building has its challenges with the elevators sometimes, but it’s home to us and we like being in the middle of all the action.
