We are based at Shree Tenament in Andheri. It’s a simple setup for Corporate Events I Pvt Ltd. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just regular people working here together. We handle the logistics for various business gatherings and meetings. Most of our work happens on-site at different halls, so the office is often quiet during the day. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the audio-visual stuff is working before the guests arrive. Andheri is a hub for this kind of work, so we are in the right place to be busy. We don't have a big sales pitch to give anyone. Usually, people find us through word of mouth from others we have worked with. We focus on the practical side of things. How many chairs are needed? Is the power supply enough for the lights? These are the things we worry about. It’s not always easy, especially when a venue has weird rules we have to follow. We’ve learned to be flexible over the years. If something breaks, we find a way to fix it. If someone is late, we find a way to cover the gap. It’s just about solving problems as they come up. We don't have a glossy office with a view, just a solid place where we get the planning done. That’s enough for us to do our jobs properly.
