Cord

Our office for Cord is located in Andheri East, right in the middle of the MIDC area. We are specifically at C/201 in the Sterling Courts building. If you are coming down Maheshwari Nagar, you will probably see the Hotel Tunga Paradise first, as it's a big landmark right near us. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always a lot going on outside the windows. We’ve set up our workspace here to be a place where we can just get things done. It’s not one of those fancy, glass-walled offices you see in movies, but it works for what we need. The Sterling Courts complex is a bit older, which gives it a more grounded feel than the newer towers popping up everywhere. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly just keeping the business running and staying on top of our regular schedule. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, and the traffic on the way to the MIDC can be a real test of patience, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes here. It’s just us in the office, doing the work we know how to do. Most of the time, we are just heads-down, focused on the small details that make the day go smoothly. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the main road noise. We keep a pot of tea going and just work through our lists until the day is done. It's a simple life.
