Convergys India Services is basically just us doing our thing here. We handle a lot of different service tasks every day. It’s hard to say exactly where we started because the address isn't listed here clearly, but we’ve been around quite a while now. Mostly, we sit at our desks and deal with whatever calls or tech issues come through our systems. Some days are much busier than others. Drinking a lot of tea helps us stay on top of the work queue. It's not always easy keeping everything running smoothly. Sometimes the internet is slow or a project gets a bit more complicated than we thought. Even so, we just keep going. A big fancy office tour isn't something we have to offer you. It’s just regular people working. Our team knows their way around the computer systems pretty well. Focusing on the work right in front of us is usually how we spend the day. If you need something handled, we're probably around. The office vibe is pretty casual, nothing too stiff or corporate-feeling. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. Doing the jobs we get and doing them okay is enough. It's funny how time goes by when you're staring at screens all day long. We make sure the files are in order and the clients get what they asked for without too much fuss or extra talk. It's just a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time.
