Convergys India Services is located at 605 in the Shreenath Apartment. This is on Liberty Garden Cross Road No. 3 in Malad West, Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know Malad is always crowded and moving fast. Our office is inside an apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold office space. We have been working from here for quite a while now. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of cables. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Outside, the road is always busy with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy on the building. Most people find us because they know the address or were told about us by someone else. We deal with various service-related tasks throughout the day. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking on headsets. The weather in Malad is usually humid, so the AC is always running in our room. We don't use any corporate jargon here; we just talk like regular people and try to finish our work on time. Sometimes we take a break and go down to the garden nearby just to get some fresh air. It’s a typical Mumbai work life—fast, a bit messy, but we keep showing up every day to get things done. We handle whatever comes our way.
