Dutta Apartments, Flat No: 5, Plot No: B44/1, Sector 23, Nerul. It's a bit of a mouthful. Working out of an apartment block has its quirks. You see the same families every day when you come in. Convergys India Services Pvt.Ltd is right here in the middle of it all. Nerul is a busy suburb, especially around Sector 23. The trains are close, which helps with the commute for some. Our flat, number five, is where we keep the computers and all the files. It is not a massive corporate campus with a gym and a cafeteria. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen we have. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving. The plot B44/1 is easy to spot once you get into the sector. We have some plants on the balcony, though we forget to water them sometimes. The air in Nerul can be a bit salty since the water is nearby. We just do our thing here every day. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. No one wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We prefer being comfortable while we work. The apartment is cozy enough and it serves its purpose for us. We spend most of our hours here, typing away and talking. It’s just a standard office life in a residential building. We keep the wheels turning from our little spot in Dutta Apartments.
