Continental India

Continental India is located at Room 302 in the Mehna Building, which sits on Cross Dixit Road in Vile Parle East. We are right behind the Hanuman Mandir, so we often hear the bells ringing during the morning and evening prayers. Being on the third floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but it can be a bit of a trek if the lift isn't working properly. The office is full of cabinets and stacks of papers that have built up over the years. We deal with various business matters that involve a lot of coordination and follow-ups. It’s mostly sitting at desks and making sure the numbers add up. The windows offer a view of the rooftops in Vile Parle, which is nice when we take a break for lunch. We bring our own tiffin boxes and eat together while talking about the news. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't have any receptionists or big logos on the doors. It’s just a practical workspace where we come to do our jobs every day. We've been in this building for a while now and know the other tenants well. It’s a steady routine that keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday without much drama.
