Confetti 9 Event Organiser

Our spot is B-303 in Silver Sand over at Piramal Nagar. It’s on S V Road, not far from Patkar College in Goregaon West. If you’ve ever been on S V Road, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re usually planning our day around when the roads are clear. We organize events, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Most of the time, we’re just here in the office chasing after vendors or checking lists for the tenth time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of samples from decorators. We have boxes of stuff everywhere from previous shows we've handled. Being near the college means there’s always a bit of energy in the air. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to make sure things go off without a hitch. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like we’re from a movie. We just talk to people, figure out what they want for their event, and then we try to make it happen within their budget. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the nature of the work we do here in Goregaon. It’s honest and sometimes quite loud.
