We are located at 105, Kakad Chambers, over on Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli. It’s a pretty well-known spot, right at number 132. The Western Region office has been here for a while, and the building definitely shows its age in some spots, but it’s got a lot of character. Worli is such a central place for business in Mumbai, so being here makes sense for the kind of work we do. The office itself is quite functional. We have a lot of files and paperwork moving through here every day. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find bean bags or a ping-pong table. It’s more about desks, landline phones that don't stop ringing, and people in formal shirts discussing industry matters. The view outside toward the main road is always interesting, mostly watching the sea of cars crawl by during the evening rush. Our space in Kakad Chambers is where we organize meetings and try to keep things moving for the local industry. It can get pretty hectic when there’s a big event coming up, and the hallways are often filled with people carrying banners or boxes. We don't have a lot of frills. The coffee machine is probably the most used piece of equipment in the whole place. It’s just a steady, busy environment where everyone knows what they need to do and gets on with it without much fuss.
