Our office is located at 701, Prarthna building in Borivali West. It is right across from Don Bosco High School, which makes it easy to find for anyone who knows the neighborhood. Borivali is a crowded place, but we like being in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been operating as Concept Architectural Services for a good number of years now. Most of the time, the place is full of staff looking over computer screens or talking about site measurements. It’s not a very formal environment, just people doing their jobs and trying to get things finished on time. We deal with a lot of different drawings and technical plans every day. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the paper we use, but we manage. People stop by to discuss their houses or offices, and we just sit down and go through the details with them. We don't really do big advertisements; we just stay busy with whatever comes our way. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is okay. We spend a lot of time coordinating with contractors and making sure the designs actually work in real life. It’s steady work and we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a sketch to a real building. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at the blueprints on our desks.
