Concept Architectural Services Pvt Ltd. (Caspl)

Our office is located in Central Mumbai, right in the heart of the 400 008 area. It is a busy spot, and sometimes finding a place to park is a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. The name on the door says Concept Architectural Services, though most people just call us Caspl for short. It is a practical space where we spend most of our hours looking at blueprints and trying to make sense of different site dimensions. There is nothing very fancy about how we operate. We have some desks, a few old computers that occasionally act up, and a lot of cabinets filled with old project files. The windows let in some of that Mumbai heat, so the fans are always running. We mostly just deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with being an architect in a crowded city. Dealing with suppliers, talking to engineers, and making sure the measurements aren't off. It’s honest work and it gets messy sometimes. You might find some dust on the shelves and a lot of loose pens scattered around. We don’t have a marketing person or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just a team trying to get things built without too much fuss. Being in Central Mumbai means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run out to a site quickly.
