Complete Event Staffing

We are set up over near I I T Mumbai 68. Complete Event Staffing is basically what it says on the door. We find people to work at events, whether it’s a big conference or a small private party. It started because we realized how hard it is for organizers to find reliable help when they really need it. We handle a lot of the hiring and making sure people actually show up where they are supposed to. Living and working around the IIT area means we see a lot of students and young people looking for part-time work, so that keeps us busy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the paperwork and meet with folks. We spend most of our time talking to staff and checking schedules on our phones. It can be stressful when someone calls out last minute, but that’s just how the event world goes. We don't do the planning ourselves, we just provide the extra hands to make sure things run okay. Sometimes it's just us and a couple of laptops trying to figure out who is free for the weekend. We've been doing this for a bit now and know the area pretty well. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just a local spot that gets the job done when a client needs a few extra people on the floor.
