Our office is at 701, C Wing, Highland Court in Ba Bandra West. We are situated in Krishna Nagar, which is very close to Rang Sharda. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix that you see a lot in this area. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a breeze if we open the windows. The office itself is usually a bit of a mess because of the work we do. There are rolls of fabric, sample boards, and boxes of decorations sitting in the corners. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out plans and drawings. It’s a very informal environment. We often have music playing while we work. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks because we tend to work long hours. We don't have a formal dress code, so everyone just wears what is comfortable. The walls have some sketches and photos taped to them for inspiration. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. We know the neighbors on our floor quite well. Down on the street, there are plenty of places to grab a sandwich or a cold drink. It’s a lively neighborhood and that energy definitely carries into our office. We just spend our days trying to keep everything organized while dealing with all the physical items we need for our projects.
