Clique Pictures

We are up on the sixth floor of the C Wing in Dheeraj Heritage. This is in Santacruz West not too far from Antop Hill. The office is basically where all the film and picture work happens. We have a lot of hard drives sitting on the desks and cameras in bags tucked under the tables. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below where cars are always honking. We spend a lot of hours sitting in front of editing software and watching clips over and over again. The lights are usually kept a bit low because it makes it easier to see the colors on the screens. It can be a long day when we are trying to finish a project on time. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee because we need it to stay focused. Sometimes the elevator takes forever so we have to wait around in the lobby talking about different shots we want to take or just about the weather. The building is usually busy with people going to different offices but our corner stays relatively focused on the visuals. There are posters and scraps of paper with notes pinned up everywhere on the walls. It is a bit messy with all the gear lying around but we know where everything is. We just like making things look right on the screen and putting the pieces together. It is a lot of sitting and clicking but it is our daily routine.
