Classic Production

Classic Production is based out of Adarsh Nagar in Oshiwara. Specifically, we are at number 896 on the New Link Road. If you know where Oswal Mahajanwadi is, we are right across from that. The area is always buzzing with people and rickshaws, especially with the metro construction and everything else going on nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's a mix of old furniture and some newer gear we’ve picked up over the years. We spend a lot of time here editing or talking to vendors. The New Link Road can be loud, but you get used to the honking after a few days. It's a convenient spot because so many other production people are in the same neighborhood. You run into people you know at the local tea stall or the stationary shop. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about getting the work done and making sure the tapes and files are where they need to be. The space gets dusty pretty fast because of the road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a lived-in office. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn’t even ask for directions anymore. There’s no big reception area or fancy coffee machine. We just make a pot of tea and get on with the day’s tasks. It’s a straightforward place for straightforward work, and that is just how we like to keep things.
