Our little hub is at 3 Snehal Apartment, right on L B S Marg in Kurla West. If you know L B S Marg, you know how the traffic can be, especially during the rush hours. Citi Speed Courier & Cargo Service operates out of this ground floor spot where it’s easy to move boxes in and out. The apartment building is a bit older, which gives it a lived-in feel. We have packages stacked up everywhere, categorized by where they need to go. It’s a lot of sorting, labeling, and making sure the bikes and vans are ready to head out. The phone is usually ringing with people asking where their delivery is. We just give them the honest update. It’s a fast-paced environment but we aren't wearing suits or anything. We usually have our sleeves rolled up because moving cargo is sweaty work. The space in Snehal Apartment is functional. We’ve got a scale for weighing things and a lot of tape dispensers. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in bubble wrap, but that’s just how it goes in the courier business. We stay open late most days because that’s when the last pickups happen. Kurla West is a busy junction, so we are right in the thick of things. We don't have a fancy lobby for customers, just a counter where you can drop off your parcels and go. There is always a cup of tea waiting for the drivers when they come back.
