Cipla

Our location is out in Tal Pen, which is in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We are situated in an area that feels much more grounded and less rushed. The office is a basic structure, nothing too modern, but it provides a solid place for us to handle the Cipla work for this region. We have some open space around the building, and you can see the hills in the distance on a clear day. Inside, it’s mostly just functional furniture—a few desks, some chairs that have been around for years, and plenty of storage for all the documents we have to keep track of. The floor is plain cement, and the lighting is just some simple tube lights. We don't have any air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming through the open windows and the fans on the ceiling. It can get quite rainy during the monsoon, and the sound of the water on the roof is something you just get used to. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the tasks that come in each morning. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment where we do our jobs and then head home to our families in the nearby villages. We usually keep some biscuits in the drawer for when someone gets hungry between meals and we share whatever fruit is in season.
