You can find us at Bhosale Sadan in the Bhisegaon area of Karjat. This is in the Raigad district, and if you’ve ever been to Karjat, you know it’s a place that’s really close to nature. Bhisegaon is a bit quieter than the center of town near the station, which we like. Bhosale Sadan is an older building with a lot of character. It’s not a modern office block with glass and steel. It’s a solid, local building that has stood for a long time. We have high ceilings and big windows that let in the air, which is great during the cooler months. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for the sake of it. We use what we need to get the work done. Our team is local, and we all know the area very well. We don't have a marketing team or people in fancy clothes. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. Raigad has a very relaxed pace of life, and we try to stick to that. We work hard, but we don't let it stress us out too much. There are some nice small shops and eateries nearby where we often go for a break. It feels good to be part of a community where people know your name. Karjat is a growing place, but it still has that small-town feel that makes it a great place to work every day.
