Cipla Pharmaceutical Ltd

Our place is at Cipla House, which is inside the Peninsula Business Park. The address is Ganpatrao Kadam Marg in Lower Parel. This whole area of the city has changed so much over the years, but we’ve stayed here. It’s a big business park and there are people everywhere you look. We work out of the Cipla Pharmaceutical Ltd offices there. It’s a lot of people in one building, so it can feel a bit crowded sometimes. We deal with all sorts of pharmaceutical things every day. Much of it is just sitting at a desk and making sure the numbers and the labels are all correct. It’s not as glamorous as people think when they hear the name. It’s just hard work and attention to detail. The train station is nearby, so a lot of us commute in every morning. It’s a bit of a walk, but it’s okay unless it’s raining hard. We don’t go for flashy offices with lots of decorations. It’s a functional space where we can get our jobs done. There are always meetings and people moving around with files in their hands. We just try to keep up with the pace of Lower Parel. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve found our own rhythm here. We just focus on the medicine and making sure the distribution stays on track like it’s supposed to. It keeps us busy from morning until evening.
