You’ll find us over at E1 on Pochkhanwala Road in Worli West. We deal with chocolates and sweet things. It's a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads of Worli. The shop is small and we spend most of our time in the back working on the orders. It’s not a big factory, just a local place where we put things together. Worli West has a nice feel to it, and being on Pochkhanwala Road means we get a mix of local residents and people who work nearby. We don't have a huge display, but we try to keep things looking decent. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes it hard to work with chocolate, so we have to keep the AC running all day. It’s just a few of us here, and we do everything ourselves. From packing the boxes to talking to whoever walks in. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just make the sweets and sell them. Some days we have a lot of orders to finish, especially around the holidays. It gets pretty stressful then. But mostly, it’s a steady pace. We've been at E1 for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business. We just hope people like what we make. There's no big corporate story, just a shop on a road in Worli doing its thing. We keep the floors clean and the chocolate fresh every day.
