Chocolicious

Chocolicious operates out of Saharsh Park Society in Borivali East. We are up in Flat No 305, Tower 1/C, over in the Dheera area. It’s not your usual shop with a big glass front on a main road. It is more of a quiet setup. I started this because I just liked making things, and now it has taken over a good part of the space here. Dealing with chocolate means keeping things at the right temperature, which is a bit of a struggle sometimes in this weather. My days are mostly spent tucked away in the kitchen area. It’s quiet in the society, which I like. People usually call before coming up to the third floor to pick things up. It’s a bit different than a storefront where people just wander in. Here, it is more personal. You get to know the neighbors and the regulars who don't mind the walk up to the flat. It’s just me and the supplies most of the time. The kitchen is always busy with something melting or being packed into boxes. I don’t have a big team or fancy equipment. It is just a small-scale thing I do right here at home. If you live in Borivali East, you might have heard about us through word of mouth. That's how we mostly get by. It keeps me busy and the apartment always smells like cocoa, which isn't a bad thing at all.
