Chocolate Royale

Our little spot is over in Sion, Block S, specifically in the Paradise CHS building. It’s near the Gandhi area, not too far from the MIDC 18/ A section. We deal with chocolates and sweets, mostly working out of this space every day. It isn't a massive factory, just a place where we put things together. Some days it smells like cocoa for blocks, other days it's more quiet. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures because chocolate can be finicky if the air conditioning isn't just right. The neighbors know us by the boxes stacked near the door sometimes. We started this because we liked making things by hand. It’s not always perfect, sometimes a batch doesn't look exactly like the last one, but it tastes the same. People come by for gifts or just a small treat for themselves after work. We don't have a big sales team or a glossy brochure. Usually, someone just knocks or calls to see what we have ready today. Being in Sion is good for us, it's central and people know the building well. We keep the counters wiped down and the displays filled as much as possible. It is just a regular job for us, making sure the orders go out and the fridge stays cold. Nothing fancy, just us working in Paradise CHS. We have some small shelves where we put the finished boxes, and the ribbon is sometimes a bit crooked, but we do our best.
