Choco Mania

Choco Mania is over in Andheri East, specifically in the Sahar area. We are in the Thakur Charan Dham Building, room 601. It is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, which happens more often than I would like to admit. Being in a building like this means we do not get much foot traffic from the street. Most people who come to see us already know we are here. The Sahar area is always bustling because of the airport being so close. You can hear the planes taking off if you listen closely enough. Inside the room, it is usually pretty quiet. We have our tables set up and all our supplies in the corner. I spend a lot of time just organizing things. It is easy to lose track of time when you are busy with a big order. Sometimes my hands get stained from the chocolate, and it takes forever to wash off. The building is quite old, and we know the security guard and the other people on our floor. It feels like a little community in here. We do not have any big signs or anything. Just the number on the door. It is a practical way to run things. I think people appreciate that we are not trying too hard to be fancy. We just do what we do and try to keep everything organized in our small space. It is a quiet life in 601.
