Choco Feast

Living and working around Santacruz West means you deal with a lot of traffic on the main road. Choco Feast is located right there at number 11 on Avilahalli Main Road. It’s a small place but we keep it full of things people like to eat when they want something sweet. I spend most of my morning unpacking boxes and checking if any of the chocolate got soft in the heat. It’s hard to keep things cool when the sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon. I usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the horns from the street. Local kids come in after school and some of the office people stop by on their way home. It’s a lot of work keeping the shelves looking decent because things get moved around all the time. I don’t have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure customers find what they need. Sometimes the floor gets dusty from the road outside so I’m always sweeping. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and people know us as the place with all the brown wrappers. It isn't anything fancy, just a shop on a busy street where we try to get things right. Most days go by fast because there is always something to clean or a delivery to sign for.
