Sanket Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is located in South Mumbai, right in the thick of things at Chira Bazar. We are in the Tara House, building number 196-A on Dr. Veigas Street. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always walking around. It’s a very old part of the city. Our office is just like the neighborhood—cramped but full of activity. We handle a variety of pharmaceutical supplies from this location. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the wooden stairs and the high ceilings. We don't have much room for fancy decorations. Every square inch is used for storage or a desk. We spend most of our time dealing with local distributors and managing the stock we have on hand. It gets very loud outside with all the markets, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the delivery guys because parking is such a nightmare around here. We’ve learned to be very patient. The work isn't glamorous, but it’s steady. We just keep track of the bottles and boxes and make sure the invoices are signed. It’s a simple way of working that has served us well over the years in this busy corner of Chira Bazar.
