Chip-En-Chisel Decor

Chip-En-Chisel Decor is basically just us working with our hands every day. We don't have a fancy office or a big sign out front, which is why the address is listed as Na. Most of the time, we are at someone’s house or stuck in the back of a shared workshop where the rent isn’t too high. It gets dusty and loud, but that is how things get made. We started this because we liked fixing things up and making furniture that actually lasts more than a year. There isn’t much to the business side of it. We just take the orders, find the right wood, and get to work with the chisels and saws. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would because the wood is being stubborn or we ran out of a specific stain. It happens. We don’t really do the whole social media thing or have a polished brochure to hand out. People usually find out about us because a neighbor saw a cabinet we made or something like that. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough. You won't find a receptionist here or anyone in a suit. Just some guys with sawdust on their shirts trying to get the edges straight. We just keep our heads down and keep the tools sharp so the next job comes out as good as the last one we finished.
