Chemiva Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is up on the 6th floor of the Reliable Business Centre. Unit 611, to be exact. It is right in Anand Nagar, over in Jogeshwari West. Mumbai is always loud and fast, and this area is no different. Being in a commercial premises means there are always people coming and going in the elevators. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with the pharmaceutical side of things. It is a lot of coordination between manufacturers and the shops that need the products. Some days are just filled with back-to-back calls. The office is not anything too crazy, just a functional space where we can work. We have got a view of the city, which is nice when it rains. It gets pretty hectic around here in the afternoons. Logistics in Mumbai can be a real headache, so we spend half our time tracking shipments that are stuck in traffic. We do not try to be something we are not. We just handle the business day by day. It is a lot of emails and spreadsheets. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up, but we manage. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule.
