Pioneer Agro Industries

Pioneer Agro Industries is run by Sanvin Laboratories P. Ltd. and we are the Pharma Division. You can find us at 206 Eric House on 16th Road. It’s an interesting place to work because we have both the agro and pharma sides of things going on in the same general sphere. Eric House is an older building with a lot of character, and our office is located on the second floor. It has that classic old office smell—lots of paper and a bit of floor wax from the cleaning crew. We spend our time going through data and coordinating with the labs we work with. Since we are a division of a larger company, we have a lot of records to keep track of every single day. 16th Road can be quite busy during the morning rush hour. We often see the same local people walking to their jobs every morning when we arrive. Our desks are usually covered in folders and various samples that we are looking at. We don't really do much in the way of decoration or art. There are some old calendars on the wall and a map of the local area. It’s a very practical and functional workspace. We talk a lot about the different projects we are handling. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times the whole office is very quiet. We have a small area for making coffee.
