Pacific Footwear Company

We are over here at No. 34 and 35 in Thakkar Bappa Colony, right on CST Road in Chembur. It’s a busy spot, mostly known for all the footwear stuff going on around here. We’ve been in these two units for quite a while now. Most days just start with opening up the shutters and seeing what needs to get done first. There is always a lot of dust from the road and the sound of traffic never really stops. Inside, it’s mostly just us working with shoes. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just the workshop floor and some space for the finished items. People walk by all day since it’s a pretty active part of Chembur. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the materials coming in, but we make it work. CST Road is always a bit of a mess with the vehicles, but it’s where we are. We just keep our heads down and get the boots and shoes ready for whoever needs them. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. The smell of glue and leather is just part of the air here. We don't really do much besides the daily routine of checking orders and making sure the footwear is moving out. It's just a local business trying to stay on top of the work in a crowded area like Thakkar Bappa Colony.
