We've been at Swastik Chamber for quite some time now. It’s situated on Plot Number 24 right on the Sion-Trombay Road. The traffic outside is always loud, and you can hear the horns honking all through the day. We’ve gotten used to it though. Grindlays Pharmaceuticals is a name people in the area recognize. Our office isn't very large, and the walls are covered with shelves that are mostly full of old files and some sample boxes. We spend most of our time sitting at these desks, typing away or talking to distributors. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the tea we order from the stall downstairs is too sweet, but nobody complains. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts. The lift in this building is a bit slow and makes a creaking sound every time it passes the second floor. We usually just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. The morning starts with everyone checking their emails and then it’s just a steady stream of work until evening. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we come to get our work done. We focus on the pharmaceutical side of things, making sure orders are processed. It’s just a normal, busy office life here in Sion.
