Chalk & Charcoal Design Studio

Our studio is on the ground floor of Vijay Apartments. It’s on C D Barfivala Road, right in Juhu Galli. If you’re looking for us, we’re basically opposite the BMW showroom and quite close to Andheri Station. It’s a handy spot because getting around Andheri can be a pain. The studio itself is a bit of a mix of everything. We have drawing boards, some computers, and a lot of half-finished sketches. We call ourselves Chalk & Charcoal because we like the hands-on side of design. We aren't a big corporate firm. It’s just a few of us who enjoy making things look good. Sometimes the place is a mess with paper scraps and coffee mugs, but that’s when we’re doing our best work. Being near the station means there’s always a lot of movement outside. We get a lot of light in the morning, which is nice for working. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the local shops pretty well. We do all kinds of design projects, whatever comes our way really. It’s a practical business. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look impressive. Most of our clients just appreciate that we’re straightforward and local.
