Celebrate It

We are located over in Tardeo. It is an interesting part of Mumbai to be based in. Celebrate It is a small team and we have been working out of this area for a decent amount of time now. Tardeo has a mix of everything, old residential buildings, new shops, and plenty of places to eat. Our workspace is not very big, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our computers. It is not a polished corporate office with a big glass front. It is more of a tucked-away spot where we can just focus on our work. Some days are much busier than others, and the office can get pretty loud when we are all talking at once. We do not really have a set routine. We just deal with the tasks as they come in. There is always something to organize or a plan to finalize. Parking around here is almost impossible, so most of us just use the local transport. We know the tea stall guy nearby pretty well by now. We do not use any fancy management styles or have long meetings about nothing. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. It is a simple way to run things, and it keeps us grounded. Tardeo feels like home to us, and we like being part of the local community here. We just try to keep things honest and work hard every day without any extra fuss.
