Ceekay Arts

Ceekay Arts is located at 31/33 Nagpada on SP Road. We are up on the first floor of Ganesh Niwas. Our workspace is usually filled with all sorts of materials and half-finished projects. It’s not the kind of place that stays clean for very long because we are always making something. Nagpada is a very lively neighborhood and SP Road is constantly buzzing with activity. From our windows on the first floor, we can hear everything going on down below. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s worth it to have our own quiet corner to work in. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find us working. The lighting in Ganesh Niwas is actually pretty good for the kind of work we do. We spend a lot of hours here, often staying late when we have a lot to get through. Most of our tools are a bit old but they do the job just fine. We have a small corner where we keep a stove for making tea, which is how we start most of our mornings. We don't do any fancy marketing or have big advertisements. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our name when they are passing through Nagpada. It’s a small, practical art space where we just enjoy doing our work every day.
