Catering And Allied & Joss Restaurant

We’ve been here at 30 K, Dubash Marg in Kalaghoda for quite some time now. Most people know the area because of the art galleries and the old buildings around Fountain. Our days usually start pretty early. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen getting things ready for the lunch rush. It gets quite noisy when the pans start moving. The restaurant part stays busy, and we also handle the catering side of things from this same spot. Sometimes the traffic outside on the street is a bit much, especially during the tourist season. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a space where we do our work and keep the pots on the stove. If you walk past the old buildings in Kalaghoda, you’ll find us easily enough. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how the routine goes. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning up after a long day takes a while. We don’t really do much advertising. People mostly just find us because they are in the neighborhood or they’ve heard about us from someone else. It's just a regular local spot. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. That's pretty much what life is like at Joss Restaurant. We deal with suppliers every morning and check the fresh produce before the doors even open.
