I’m located over in Dadar West, specifically at the Panchsheel building on Gokhale Road. Most people know the Opera House area around here, so it's not too hard to find. It’s a very busy part of the city. My workspace isn't huge by any means, but it has everything I need to get through my daily tasks. I’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building has that classic old Dadar feel to it, which I really appreciate. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow or they act up, so I just end up taking the stairs. It keeps me moving during the day. My routine mostly consists of taking phone calls and looking over different files and documents. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though I have a few friends in the other offices I talk to when I take a tea break. The street noise from Gokhale Road is pretty much constant from morning till night, but you stop noticing it after the first few months. I don't bother with any big signs or fancy interior decorations. It's just a place where the actual work gets done. I try my best to stay organized, but honestly, there are some days when my desk is just a total mess of yellow notes and ballpoint pens. That’s just part of the reality. People who come to see me usually live in the neighborhood. It’s a central spot, which is convenient. I just do my work and go home.
