Business India Exhibitions is located at 4/5, Churchil Chambers on the first floor. We are at 32 Boman Bera Marg in Colaba. Being in this part of South Mumbai means we’re surrounded by old buildings and a lot of history. Our office feels like it’s part of that. It has high ceilings and the kind of floors that creak a little when you walk. We spend our time putting together exhibitions and trade shows. It’s a lot of physical paperwork and endless phone calls to vendors and venues. We don't have a glossy brochure for ourselves. We just focus on the logistics of the events we’re working on. Colaba can be a bit quiet or very loud depending on the time of day, and we’ve learned to work with that rhythm. Our staff has been around for years, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just know what needs to happen to get a hall ready for an event. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the floor plans are right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want the exhibitions to happen without any major disasters. It’s practical, everyday work. We take the stairs up to the first floor every morning and get started on whatever is next on the calendar. That’s just life at Churchil Chambers.
