Business First

We are located in Bandra West, which is always a lively place to be. Our office is S-28 inside Links Square Mall on 33rd Road. It is right across from the KFC, so it’s very easy to give people directions. Being in a mall means there is always something going on around us. We handle tours and travel, so the office is full of brochures, maps, and itineraries. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to sit down with people and talk about their plans. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just sit at our desks and look through the bookings. The mall vibe is nice because everything we need is right there. 33rd Road can get pretty jammed with cars, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Bandra. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other shop owners in the mall. It’s a friendly environment. We don't have a corporate headquarters; this is our main spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer checking flights and hotels. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we just grab a coffee from downstairs and keep going until the mall closes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable place where people can come in and talk. It’s a very straightforward, local business setup in a busy part of town.
