We are Bulu Sky Fabrics And Sizing Works Llp, based out of Malegaon in the Nashik district. Specifically, you can find us in Maldhe at G No 82/4/5, Plot No 40. We are quite close to Songaon Road. This area is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of other sizing works and fabric units nearby. Our facility is a large shed where most of the work happens every day. It’s a loud place with all the machinery running throughout the day and sometimes into the night. We have a small cabin for the paperwork and accounts. The dust from the sizing process can be quite a lot, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. We have a small crew of workers who know the machines very well. It’s a very hands-on business. We spend a lot of time monitoring the threads and the sizing mixes to make sure things are right. It isn't a glamorous job but it is what we know and what we do. The road outside is often bumpy from all the heavy truck traffic. We get a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials from other parts of the state. Sometimes we have to work very late to finish a specific batch for a customer. The seasons change but the work inside the shed stays pretty much the same. We have been in Maldhe for a good while now. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall owner well. It’s a hardworking environment and we just keep at it.
