We are over at C39 506 on the fifth floor of the Sunshine Building in Shastri Nagar. It’s right near Lokhandwala Circle in Andheri West, so there’s always something happening outside. Brilliant Entertainment Networks is a bit of a long name for a group of people who mostly just sit in an office and coordinate media stuff. The fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. Our desks are covered in hard drives and notes. We don't have a polished corporate culture here. It’s more about who can get the task finished the fastest. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending long emails. Andheri is the heart of the industry, so we’re right where we need to be. We deal with various networks and production needs, which involves a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just have to stay late and fix them. There’s no magic to it. It’s just about staying organized and keeping track of all the moving parts. We’ve been in the Sunshine Building for a while now, and the security guards know us by name. We like the routine of coming in, grabbing a tea, and seeing what the entertainment world has thrown at us today. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do here in Shastri Nagar.
