You’ll find Mellini Farmakem Co. over in Borivali East. We are based in the Rosario Shopping Arcade, right next to the Citizen Bank. It’s in I. C. Colony, which is a pretty active part of the neighborhood. The shop is officially under the care of Simon. It’s a small place, typical for a shopping arcade. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us handling the pharma and chemical side of things. Most of the day is spent dealing with walk-ins or people calling to check on their orders. Being next to a bank means there’s always people walking past our door. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so much stuff packed onto the shelves, but we know where everything is kept. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation. We just want to get the orders right and keep things moving. The arcade can get quite busy in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We’ve been here for a while and have a bit of a routine. We usually start with a coffee and then dive into the paperwork. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time parking nearby, but we make it work. It’s a straightforward business, no frills, just honest work in a busy colony. We like being part of the local scene here in Borivali. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure the labels are clear.
