We are located at Mani Bhuvan, shop number 5, on the first floor. This is right on S.V.P. Road in Borivali West. It is a very lively neighborhood and there is always a lot of foot traffic outside our door. We have been operating from this spot for many years and the building has that old Mumbai charm to it. Our office is quite simple and we mostly deal with drugs and intermediates. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling to hold all our records and samples. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of stock coming in but we have a system that works for us. The noise from the main road is something we have just learned to ignore over time. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area. Most people just walk in and talk to us directly across the main desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. There is a small tea shop just down the street where we get our morning cutting chai. It is a very grounded way to work and we don't feel the need for any corporate polish. We just focus on the daily tasks of checking orders and making sure the billing is correct. Borivali is a good place for us because everything we need is close by. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
